  • The iZone Training Aid, with its expanded nose-piece and modular lens (the “iShields”), will help you train your body to limit eye and head movement and keep both eyes continually fixed on the golf ball throughout the entire golf swing—from the back stroke through to impact. Once you have stronger head and eye discipline, you will experience the feeling of pure contact and achieve superior results.

HOW TO USE

HOW TO USE THE iZONE® Golf TRAINING AID TO IMPROVE YOUR GAME:

Backswing/Takeaway with the iZONE Golf Training Aid:

Objective: Minimize head and eye movement during your backswing through to impact.

  • Insert into the iZONE frame the iSHIELD lens that blocks your eye closest to your target.
  • Push the iZONE back on the bridge of your nose.
  • Address the ball. Keep both eyes open and establish eye contact with the ball.
  • Starting with a short iron take short half-strokes, focusing on not losing complete sight of the ball.

(It will take a few swings to become comfortable with utilizing only one eye. It does not matter which eye is your “dominant” eye.)

  • If you sway or move your eyes or head more than 3 – 4 inches your view of the ball will be blocked.
  • Concentrate on keeping your uncovered eye focused on the ball.
  • Maintain a solid lower body and eye focus on the ball through to impact.

The Finish of Your Swing with the iZONE Golf Training Aid:

Objective: Stopping the bad habit of coming out of the shot (looking up too soon) and topping shots.

  • Wear the iZONE Training aid with the iSHIELD lens that blocks your eye farthest from the target.
  • Address the ball.  Keep both eyes open and establish eye contact with the ball.
  • Starting with a short iron, take short back strokes and concentrate on keeping your uncovered eye focused on the ball until the club makes contact with the ball. (Looking up too early will cause you to lose sight of ball before impact.)

*Once you master the use of short back strokes and finishes graduate to full swings with your club of choice all the way through to your driver.

-Consistency depends heavily on your ability to maintain eye focus on the ball throughout your swing. iZONE will quickly create a habit of less head and eye movement, resulting in instant improvement in your ball striking ability!

Putting with the iZONE Golf Training Aid:

Objective: Minimize head and eye movement during putting stroke

  • Wear the iZONE with the iSHIELD lens that blocks your eye closest to your target.
  • Utilize short strokes while maintaining constant eye focus on the ball; backstroke first, then the finish.
  • You will experience immediate feedback and build a confident putting stroke.

**The iZONE also works very effectively on your chipping stroke!  Start with short chip and pitch shots in the same manner as the full swing, backstroke first then the finish.

The iZONE Training Aid is proudly made in the USA.
